Understanding that employers have greater and often unlimited resources, a strong desire to assist and protect everyday working people led Papillon to the doors of Glauber Berenson Vego.
She enjoys interacting with clients, preparing them for depositions, as well as managing a caseload. In addition to handling worker’s compensation cases, Papillon has experience in personal injury, constitutional law, and employment law.
Before becoming an attorney, she spent years assisting judges and managing some of the busiest courtrooms in the Los Angeles Superior Court. During that time, she gained practical courtroom experience in different litigation areas such as criminal, civil, family law, small claims, and unlawful detainers (evictions).
Whether she is researching to write winning briefs and petitions or using her negotiation skills gained as a court mediator to resolve matters outside of court, Papillon will always zealously advocate for her clients. She is not afraid of a battle inside or outside the courtroom.
Armed with a passion for helping others and a motto to seek justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with God (Micah 6:8.), Papillon strives to maintain professional integrity while relentlessly fighting for the rights of injured workers.
